ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

We are happy to offer complimentary shipping for all orders, including international destination!

Please provide us with correct address and shipping information as we can not be responsible for incorrectly entered addresses that are not recognized by Australia Post, which is our freight partner. Your shipment can be tracked through the Australia Post website and requires a signature on arrival, ensuring your jewels are safely delivered to the right hands. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with photo ID within a certain period of time. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure timely pick-up of the parcel once it has been re-directed. In event the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, there will be a shipping and admin fee to resend the parcel.

Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email and provide a tracking number. If an item is out of stock, we’ll be in touch as soon as possible (usually within 24hours) and will let you know when you can expect to receive your order.

IMPORTANT! We aim to process all orders within 2 business days but there might be slight delays during busy periods like Christmas or sale.

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer free shipping on the standard international orders (also see HIGH VALUE SHIPMENT) outside Australia and New Zealand.

These orders are shipped via International Registered Post. This service can be tracked through the Australia Post website and requires a signature on arrival, ensuring your jewels are safely delivered to the right hands. Once your item has been dispatched we will notify you via email and provide a tracking number. Please note that depending on the country of destination the delivery of all stocked items might take 7-30 business days. If an item is out of stock, we’ll be in touch as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) and will let you know when you can expect to receive your order.

IMPORTANT!
– Any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of return for exchange or eBoutique credit, the taxes, duties and shipping fees in full including insurance will not be refunded

HIGH VALUE SHIPMENT

All domestic and international orders above AUD2000 are insured and shipped complimentary with a specialised priority freight service like DHL or Fedex . We will need your phone number when placing the order.
