FAULTY ITEMS

YOUFOREVA has a high standard for the quality of its products. All items are thoroughly checked before being sent to our customers. Nevertheless, there may be a fault we’re unaware of, in this case, we will exchange, repair or refund the faulty item free of charge. Faulty items will only be accepted if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 7 days after delivery.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. This includes issues caused by accidents, mishandling, abusive knocks, normal wear and tear, including tarnishing. In these cases where possible, items may be repaired on request but only when such items are deemed repairable. Repairs do not come with a guarantee and might be a subject to a fee to cover the cost of shipping and any other costs incurred.

IMPORTANT! Due to the nature of all gemstones, some variations in size, shape and colour in the jewellery may occur and might be slightly different from the product image, which is not considered a defect. 

To return a faulty item to us, please follow the instructions for RETURNS.

REFUND POLICY

Pleases choose carefully as we do not issue refunds unless there is a manufacturing fault (go to FAULTY ITEMS for more details)

EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return your jewellery (see EXCLUSIONS) within 7 days of receiving the delivery for exchange (based on stock availability) or eBoutique credit*. We must then receive the item(s) back within 7 business days.

EXCLUSIONS: We can not offer exchanges or returns for any earrings due to hygiene reasons as well as customised, made-to-order or sale items.

Please note that the returned purchase must be in its original condition (i.e. not marked, bent, scratched, or worn in any way), include all packaging & the proof of purchase (order confirmation receipt).

Please be aware that you will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us, and for any costs incurred. We strongly recommend that you use Insured Registered Post and obtain a tracking number for your returned parcel, as we are not responsible for the items which do not reach us.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE STEPS:

1. CONTACT US to request a Returns Authorisation number (RA#) within 7 days from receiving your jewellery.

We will e-mail you the RA# plus the Returns Form that you will need to fill in and enclose to the return parcel. Once RA# is provided you have 7 days to ensure the purchase is returned to YOUFOREVA.

Please note: Returns will not be accepted without RA# and appropriate paperwork.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal securely. If returning more than one piece from the same order, please place all returns in one shipment. As advised YOUFOREVA cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items are securely packaged & insured. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted.

3. Ship it to address specified in your RA# confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are Australia based business and all products are shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

Depending on your country and value of the purchase there might be duties and taxes charges once your order arrives. 

IMPORTANT! Any duties and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of return for exchange or eBoutique credit, the taxes, duties and shipping fees in full including insurance will not be refunded.
